Tubular heaters 6.5 and 8.5 mm:                

      
Our tubular heaters have an outer diameter of 6.5 mm and 8.5 mm. They are made of high-alloyed chromium-nickel steel. The heating spiral is made of high-temperature resistant chromium-nickel resistance wire. The heating spiral is inserted centrally into the outer tube jacket and insulated with magnesium oxide. The characteristic of fine-grained magnesium oxide is extremely good thermal conductivity and excellent insulating properties, and this is especially important in the case of use at very high temperatures. The ends of the heating element are unheated and properly sealed with sealant and plastic or ceramic plugs. The heating element is bent in accordance with the intended use. The surface load of the tubular heater is expressed in W/cm2, depending on the intended use. In short, the design and dimensions of all tubular heaters are determined by their intended use.
